Description: Puls came to repair this machine 11 days ago. The technician removed the drum using a long tool to retrieve a stuck item. Since then, the machine has been making a noise that wasn’t present before. I believe the connection may need to be checked. In addition, there was an issue with the fabric softener compartment not draining. The technician noted a penny in the slot and removed it, but the compartment is still not draining properly. I’d appreciate it if the technician could return to address these issues, as the initial repair did not fully resolve them.
